Really nice 30' 5th wheel, with a 14' power slideout for dining room/living room area. And don't let the low price scare you -- this unit is in great shape!

Upgrades include real wood (oak) deluxe cabinets, front power leveling jacks, 14-ft "superslide" slide-out room, plus upgraded A/C and Heating Furnace. You can control both air conditioning and heat from one thermostat just like in a "regular" home. Being able to set the temp of the a/c especially is a nice feature not found in many rv units.

Previous owner replaced the original living room sofabed with a black leatherette double recliner loveseat, which is seriously comfortable! In fact we'd be more than happy to keep that double recliner if you don't want it :) And the bedroom has plenty of space for a King-sized bed (the previous owner had bad back problems and had a custom-made king-size bed/mattress which they have kept, so king-sized bed not included, but we can include a comfy Queen-size air mattress if you wish).

Hardware for mounting an awning is included. Just has no awning.

Original list price when new in 2000 was $19,700.
