Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door, electric entry step, aluminum-encased entry awning, access handle. Large aluminun-encased porch awning, porch light, tinted windows, plenty of exterior stoarge, roof access ladder in rear, Reese-style hitch receiver, Intec rear view camera, satellite dish. Easy generator access located in front.


COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, steering wheel column cruise controls. Clarion am/fm/cd, dash heat/air, 2 sun shades, 2 sun visors, 2 dash fans. Large Quasar color television directly above driver seat; with lower map/reading light. Upper/front triple door cabinet, contains Panasonic DVD player and TV antenna booster switch. Center console area with lower drawer. Driver side panel has large sliding window with screen, parking brake lever, switches (exhaust brake, step cover, air dump), push button Allison transmission, beverage holder, lower map pocket. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door, electric entry step for easy 5-step entry. Power stair well cover, 2 hand rails, fire extinguisher, electrical outlet, 12VDC, phone jack, switches (ceiling, porch, entry step) - all located in stairwell area. Passenger side panel has a sliding window with screen, switches (step cover, map light), beverage holder and magazine rack. Wrap around windshield curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining leather Flexsteel captains seats, both with arm rests, seat belts and rear map pockets; driver seat has power controls. Leather does show creasing/medium wear (minor blemishes), I did not see any rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: digital odometer, digital trip odometer, speedometer, rpm, volt, oil, engine temp., fuel, front air, rear air. Dash Switches/Controls: wiper/wash, aux. start, generator, icc flash, fog lights, lights, Power Gear leveling jack panel, power/heated mirrors, radio power, 12VDC. Cockpit has 2 overhead speakers and a Winegard crank for TV antenna.


SLIDE-OUTS: This RV is equipped with two slide-outs. One expands the living and kitchen area (leather sofa, kitchen counter, cabinets, oven/range, microwave, sink, windows, lighting units, etc.). The second slide-out is in the bedroom and has a large mirrored wardrobe closet and drawers. Read below for more detailed description(s).


LIVING AREA: Leather sofa (note, this one is not a "sleeper" but could easily accomodate one person if needed). Leather appears to be in good condition, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Nearby electrical outlet. Large sliding window with screen, fabric blinds, decorative valance. Upper 6-door cabinet, one portion contains Trace Engineering inverter panel, switches (storage, slide-out); lowe map/reading light, fan, lighting unit. Leather jack-knife style sofa sleeper (sits on slide-out) has seat belts; leather does show creasing/minor blemishes but I did not see any rips or burn holes. 2 wall-mounted decorative lamps. Large sliding window with screen, fabric blinds and decorative valance; also serves as an emergency exit. Upper 6-door cabinet with 2 lower lighting units. Living Area has overhead lighting unit and a smoke detector.


DINING/KITCHEN AREA: Dinette table with 2 dinette chairs. Nearby dinette switch, Honeywell box, Duo-Therm Comfort Control panel, Safe-T-Alert LP leak detector, decorative beveled mirrors. Large sliding window with screen, fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper 6-door cabinet with 2 lower lighting units and decorative dinette light. Large Norcold 4-door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and wood face. Kitchen (sits on slide-out) has beautiful Corian-style counter top with matching range and sink covers. Dual stainless steel kitchen sink, Wedgewood oven with 3-burner gas range, lower double door cabinet, 2 single door cabinets, 2 flip drawers, 5 drawers. Sharp Carousel Smart & Easy convection microwave with lower range fan and light; has 2 upper mini lights. Upper single door cabinet with lower lighting unit; nearby electrical outlet and light switch panel. Single door cabinet and double door cabinet directly above sink with lower lighting unit. Small sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds and decorative valance. Nearby additional electrical outlet. Decorative wall of beveled mirrors on back wall are in view when the slide is in the "out" position. Dining/Kitchen area has overhead lighting unit and a power vent.


BATHROOM: Large center bathroom has 2 sliding wood divider doors, Single sink, lower single door cabinet, water heater switches, switch panel (cosmetic, ceiling), electrical outlet, levels test/gauge panel (lpg, fresh, holding, gray, battery); switches for test, pump and heater. Large mirror with vanity lights, single door medicine cabinet. Large corner shower stall with skylight, mounted/detachable shower head and shower door enclosure with outer towel bar. This area has a large cabinet unit which consists of large double door mirrored wardrobe with interior lighting unit, 2 lower drawers; large double door wardrobe cabinet with interior lighting unit and lower shelving. This area has an overhead power vent and a lighting unit. Separate enclosed lavvy area with Traveler toilet, TP holder, light switch panel, upper double door cabinet. Lavvy has overhead crank vent/fan and a lighting unit.


REAR BEDROOM: Mattress with beautiful coordinating bedspread, headboard and throw pillow. Decorative mirror and valance at head-of-bed. There are 2 night stand units, each one consisting of upper mini wardrobe cabinet (one is mirrored), side-mounted reading lamps with adjustable arms, electrical outlet, counter space; one has radio switch, Safe-T-Alert carbon monoxide alarm, 2 lower drawers; the other has lower mini cabinet and drawer. 5-door cabinet above head-of-bed portion contains fuse panel/circuits, etc. Large sliding window with screen, fabric blinds and a decorative valance. Window also serves as an emergency exit. Upper corner TV viewing cabinet contains a Quasar color television, nearby slide room switch, switch panel (bedroom, ceiling), and electrical outlet. Bedroom does have a slide-out which consists of an upper triple door mirrored wardrobe cabinet and 6-lower drawers. Bedroom has an overhead lighting unit and 2 speakers.
