EXTERIOR: 35 ft., smooth sides (not corrugated). Exterior shines nice, colors look good, do show some fading and/or blemishes. Passnger/bus entry with separate screen door, electric entry step, access handle, large aluminum-encased porch awning by A&E Systems, porch light. Plenty of exterior storage. Roof access ladder in rear, rear view camera, Reese-style hitch receiver, dual Hadley air horns, satellite dish. Driver side door with exterior step. Easy generator access.

COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, steering wheel column cruise controls, Panasonic am/fm/cassette, dash heat/air. Large Panasonic color television directly above driver seat. 2 sun visors, 2 dash fans, mounted Panasonic rear view monitor, 2 Panasonic overhead speakers. Upper/front double door cabiet. Driver side panel has upper single door cabinet, driver side door with power window, manual lock, beverage holder, lower map pocket; and nearby HWH hydraulic leveling jack controls. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door, electric entry step for easy 5-step entry. Electrical outlet, switch panel (step, outside, inside, floor, 12V), mini cabinet (storage for carpeted stairwell cover, included), and hand rail - all located in stairwell area. Passenger side panel has upper double door cabinet, large window (1/4 slide) with screen, beverage holder, map/reading light with adjustable arm and fire extinguisher. Wrap around windshield curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining leather captains seats, both with arm rests, seat belts and power controls. Leather appears to be in good condition, showing only some creasing/minor cracking - but I did not see any rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: digital odometer, digital trip odometer, speedometer, volt, oil, RPM, engine temp., fuel, front air, rear air, generator hours. Dash Switches/Controls: fans, wiper/wash, rtdr, power econ., lights, power mirrors, jacks down indicator light, lighter, parking brake, etc. Cockpit has overhead lighting unit and a Winegard crank for satellite dish.

SLIDE-OUT: This RV is equipped with one slide-out which expands the living and dining area. Contains jack-knife stye sofa sleeper, dinette table & chairs, windows, ligting units, cabinets, etc. Slide-out is trimmed out in decorative fabric and molding. Read below for more detailed description(s).

LIVING AREA: Leather swivel recliner (sits behind passenger seat), leather appears to be in excellent condition, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Large window, fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper double door cabinet contains slide room control panel by Power Gear; cabinet has lower carbon monoxide alarm, lighting unit, electrical outlet and phone jack. Nearby Duo-Therm temp control. Fabric jack-knife style sofa sleeper (sits on slide-out) shows medium wear, some slight staining, I did not see any rips or burn holes. There are 2 windows on this portion of the slide-out, the larger one sliding with screen; both have fabric blinds and decorative valance. Wall-mounted decorative lamp. Upper double door cabinet with 2 lower map/reading lights. Upper/center single door cabinet. Living Area has overhead smoke detector, lighting unit and Winegard crank for tv antenna.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Kitchen has Corian-style counter top, dual kitchen sink with covers, in-counter knife holder, Magic Chef 3-burner gas range with cover, lower single door cabinet, 4 lower drawers, flip drawer. Double door cabinet above sink with interior adjustable shelves; 2 upper mini lights; large lower lighting unit, electrical outlet and a switch panel. Small sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds behind sink. Mirrors behind and alongside range. Sharp Carousel Smart & Easy convection microwave with lower range fan and light, upper single door cabinet. Norcold refrigerator/freezer with wood veneer face. Lower cabinet contains RV electrical control ac panel board and 12V fuse panel. Pantry cabinet with interior roll out shelves and 3 lower drawers. Dinette table (sits on slide-out) has 2 dinette folding chairs, nearby electrical outlet. There are 2 windows on this portion of the slide-out, larger one slides to open; both windows have fabric blinds and decorative valances. Upper double door cabinet with lower electrical outlet. There is an overhead decorative dinette light on this portion of the slide-out. Decorative wall of mirrors on back wall are in view when the slide is in the "out" position. Kitchen/Dining Area has 3 overhead lighting units and a power vent.

BATHROOM: Privacy door at bedroom; lavvy door when opened, doubles as a room divider from kitchen. Single corner shell-shaped sink, Corian-style counter top, lower triple door cabinet, nearby electrical outlet, 2 switch panels, hand towel rack. 2 upper mirrored medicine cabinets. Large corner shower stall with skylight, mounted/detachable shower head and shower door enclosure. Large full-length mirror on bedroom/bathroom door. Upper & lower corner pantry cabinets. This area has 2 overhead lighting units. Separate enclosed lavvy area with toilet, towel bar, switch panel, double door mirrored medicine cabinet and 3-door towel rack on door interior. Lavvy has overhead crank vent/fan and a lighting unit.

REAR BEDROOM: Mattress with decorative padded headboard. Large mirror behind head of bed. There are 2 night stand units, each one consisting of upper mini mirrored wardrobe cabinet, side-mounted reading lamp, counter space, electrical outlet, lower drawer and cabinet. Triple door cabinet above head of bed with 2 lower Panasonic speakers. Nearby Duo-Therm temp control. Corner TV viewing cabinet near foot of bed does contain a Sylvania color television. Double door mirrored wardrobe cabinet with interior lighting unit and 4 lower drawers. Bedroom has 2 windows, one one is crank-style with screen and serves as an emergency exit; the other is sliding with screen; both windows have fabric blinds and decorative valances. Bedroom has overhead lighting unit.
