HopeHello, I am Hope, a Harrier hound, sort of like a big beagle. I have the same velvet ears and delightfully soft muzzle. I am about 3 to 4 yrs old and tend to be timid around strangers, especially men and loud environments. Even with my harsh past, I warm up to a soft voice and hands-on love. I am searching for a forever home with lots of room for running and exercising for my long legs. Speaking of which, my legs can propel very easily over a five foot fence with room to spare, which means I need at least a 6 ft walled or fenced in area. I like other dogs. My foster mom says I have a very sweet and gentle personality and says some day that one gentle person will come and give me my forever home. This dog's adoption fee is a minimum $175.00 donation to help us save more dogs. SoAZBR is an all-volunteer group.
