Dachshund - Small - Young - Female - Dog - April

April is a very friendly girl One of her favorite things to do is curl up under warm blankets or fall asleep on your lap. She has spunk and an energy that keeps her playful. April likes a good game of tug-o-war and loves long walks. She follows simple commands like sit and down. A major plus is that she is house trained. When she wants to show her affection, she will nibble on your hand or lick your neck. She is easy to train. She is very curious and sometimes tries to sprint from the gate into the outside world so continued training will be needed. Perhaps some basic obedience.. April tries to run from house entrances if the pathway is open. She does not bark excessively. She is great with teens and adults.. She lived with a single man and another large dog. Sometimes she appears to be smiling. Overall, April is a wonderful dog and will make a great little companion. April will come with a free health check up at a Tucson Veterinarian.
