We welcome Jack to our foster program. Jack is a great little dog, a mix of a Dachshund and a Terrier. He is about the size of a spaniel with the Dachshund coloring. A happy boy that seems to love everyone he meets. He has lived with older children and other dogs and is great with both. Not a nuisance barker and very playful. Jack is about 7-8 years of age, middle age as far as his breeds go. He will bring companionship and love to his new home but none of the problems a puppy might offer. He doesn't chew furniture, appears to be house trained, loving and very gentle natured. He will be a good dog for a family or, if you love to walk or hike, Jack would love to come with you! He's just an all American dog that will bring loyalty with him to his new home. Jack is neutered, will have all vaccinations updated and a micro-chip inserted prior to going to his new home. He will also have a free health check at a local Tucson veterinarian. Consider this middle aged dog if you want a dog that is settled and mature but still has plenty of life left in him to give to you.
