Parker is one of the nicest, sweetest dogs you can meet. He wants nothing more than to be with his people! His exuberance and joy of life is catching...and you can't help but laugh whenever he's around. He loves to go for walks in the parks, eat, go for car rides, eat, play with other dogs, eat, getting bellyrubs, eat, and talking. Yes, he loves to talk and tell you exactly how happy he truly is. He is completely housebroken and has never had any issues being left alone in the house un-crated. He is not a chewer, excessive barker, or trash explorer. He really has been a breadth of fresh air...and has required little or no training since bringing him into the home. He has been fantastic with other dogs and always loves getting new playmates! Parker has tested positive for Valley Fever, which he is on medication for. He also has had past trauma on his hip (the vet believes he was hit by a car and never treated for it). He walks fine and plays fine, but it probably would be best to give him moderate amounts of exercise only. None of this has stopped this free spirit from doing what he does best though: loving and living life to its fullest!Parker is waitingfor his forever home...so please come and meet him...you'll fall in love with this guy!
