Group support has been proven to help people quit smoking. Learn effective strategies for quitting while getting support from others in a fun class.
The inexpensive classes will meet for 1 hour once per week for 6 weeks. Weekends and evenings are available at a location downtown. Other locations may be added if needed.

The fee is $11 per class. The investment is only $60 if you prepay for the classes. The cost of smoking is much higher. The classes can also help people stay smokefree if they have quit.

The classes are led by a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist who is passionate about helping people quit like he did. He has facilitated many classes over the past couple of years and helped many people successfully become tobacco free.
