Updated photos coming soon! Eve is all healed and is walking on four legs! When she was a small kitten someone put a collar on her that was large enough for her to get her front leg stuck through. As she grew the collar began to cut deeply into the skin under her arm and eventually up toher neck and shoulders. She lost use of her front leg from the extreme pain. Although world-weary and scared, she was lured by an employee of 7-11 in a back alley. It only took a little fish and a gentle touch. She was taken into Tucson CARES' program the following morning and we met the good samaritan right at our vet. As the doctor was removing the collar and examining her she went into birth! A surprise all around! This sweet cat is a kitten herself and has been aged at 10 months. She is one of the most loving, gentle--yet spirited-- cats we've ever known. She's an incredible momma.
