Description
Phoebe is a 6 year old possibly female white capped pionus. As you can see she loves head scritches & her showers. She can be alittle cage territorial, but once away from her cage is just a sweetheart. Makes cute little sounds, so OK for apartment living (if OK with your landlord). Would she fit in your family? She appears to like women, but not men. We do NOT ship birds & all those wishing to adopt must first take one of our all day classes, given monthly.
